Requests unanswered

I placed an order for the item on July 15. On July 22, I received a refund for the item, and was told the item was canceled. However, the company had just received more of the same item. I was asked to wait for the item to arrive, and return it once it did. Now I have submitted several customer service tickets, but all requests for help have gone unanswered.
