Requests unanswered

I placed an order for the item on July 15. On July 22, I received a refund for the item, and was told the item was canceled. However, the company had just received more of the same item. I was asked to wait for the item to arrive, and return it once it did. Now I have submitted several customer service tickets, but all requests for help have gone unanswered.

Good customer service

I ordered underwear - these are pieces of material incorrectly sewn in the right places. I wrote to the support service and received a quick response and excellent customer service. I had the goods replaced without any problems.

Beautiful dress

The dress fit perfectly, the size fits. The delivery is timely. In a couple of days I will also receive the shoes that I ordered for the dress. Very satisfied with the service and quality.
