My property managed by the company

I have been a tenant for over three years at a property managed by the company that owns this property. In that time I have rented from two different properties owned by the company, and both have used Rhino Security Deposits to collect their security deposits. It is my understanding from speaking with other tenants in the same properties and reading information online that security deposit fraud is far too common in the property-management business. The owner of Rhino Security Deposits claims to have invented a new way of handling security deposits, which uses an independent third party to assess the condition of a property and determine the correct amount owed by each party.
