Ruined!

I order sunglasses from this website and they came in a damaged box and without a tag. This is unacceptable. My gift was not worth the amount of money I spent on it. The staff on this site need to ensure that items are sent out in appropriate packaging so that items don't get damaged in transit. Luckily, I was able to use the glasses as they were because they aren't new and I wasn't too worried about the gift being ruined.
