Never again

This is my first shopping trip with Fashion Nova. I ordered a dress that came to me with a hole. I completed the refund process and went to UPS to send the damaged dress back, and I had to pay for shipping that was more than the dress! I am very disappointed, and I don't think I have to pay for the delivery of an item that came damaged.
