Customer care sucks

I have purchased twice from this site and both of the orders never arrived. After I contacted the support of kyliecosmetics to help me to track my parcels they just blown me away, saying that refund won't be given. Weird company which activity must be stopped! kyliecosmetics.com is a total SCAM!
