Absolutely satisfied with PatPat!

My items arrived as described and very quickly. Two dresses were not the right size for my child so I requested a refund. My request was answered within 24hrs. After a few quick questions, my refund was processed and it appeared in my back 2 days later. The person I spoke with was really lovely and respectful and even told me to keep my items rather than burden me with posting them back. Fantastic service!
