Expected too long

It was not the experience I had expected but the end result was alright. I rate Tradesy.com 4 stars.
It took the seller 9 days to ship my item. I reached out to her directly but that did not help. Tradesy cs emailed her promptly but said they couldn’t do anything after 10 days. I purchased the item on January 18 and I just received it today February 2. That is toooo long, I would better by from other seller.
