Disappointed Shopper (Gucci Beanie)

I was VERY disappointed with the condition of my most recent purchase from TRR. Immediately upon receiving my new cashmere Gucci beanie I noticed there were several small holes in various locations throughout the cap. Upon further inspection, there was also noticeable signs of fraying and holes along the edge of the cap. Unfortunately, the “actual” condition of the merchandise I’d received was not fully described in TRR’s listing. Currently seeking a fully refund for this item.
