Scam

I've been waiting for my order for 4 weeks. After such a long wait, the clothes were terrible. She didn't look like the one in the photo at all. The quality was terrible, the fabric was as thin as paper. I have requested a refund and I have been waiting 2 weeks for a response from customer support.
