Terrible services!

Midway offers free shipping on orders $50 and up. I purchased $60 worth of merchandise that was on sale, and Midway sent two-thirds of my order in separate shipments. The first shipment cost $12.95 for standard shipping, and the second shipment cost $19.95 for expedited shipping. I was charged a total of $32 in shipping charges for an order that totaled only $60. When I complained to customer service about this practice, they said this was their policy and would do nothing to rectify the situation. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but he hung up on me! Terrible shipping policies; I won't shop at Midway again.
