Selection of candidates is not clear

Indeed does not guarantee that employers will respond to or interview candidates who submit resumes through its website. Moreover, Indeed does not reveal how it selects users for interviews, nor does it share how many applications it passes on to employers. Indeed may also hide job vacancies from certain users and select other candidates for interviews. These actions are at the discretion of Indeed's staff and administrators and are largely unknown to the general public. Overall, Indeed's services support the professional goals of a diverse group of users, who rely on its quick search tools and easy-to-read resume templates when seeking employment.
