Very poor service lately...

Very poor service lately. A couple of days ago I needed help and I called customer support. 30 minutes of waiting and no response. No one responds to emails either. I used to get good service from their company, but in recent days the service has been terrible since it didn't exist. I feel like I will have to find another provider to back up.
