FALSE ADV - NOT UNLIMITED FAXING

I signed up because the price was good and I saw an add that said this: "Unlimited Online Faxing $10/mo
No Monthly Page Limits — HumbleFax is an unlimited online faxing service that makes your fax machine obsolete". As I need to send out about 350 faxes a month (12/day avg), this was perfect. After sending out 309 faxes all up front to my clients, my account was suspended. Customer service said I am marketing, which is not the case. Then they tried to upsell to a different level of payment...somehow the marketing accusation was forgotten. As much as I enjoyed using their service for a day, I cannot trust them. I asked them why they suspended my account right away and asked for a different package instead of contacting me first, they had no reply. And their customer service is absolute rude: I read that on a review here before I signed up and thought it was a one-off. No, it happened to me as well.

I have been a customer of MetroPCS for five years. I bought a new phone from the company and, as soon as I began using it, I realized that it was defective. The company refused to give me a replacement until I had returned the original phone in person.

I arrived in the UK from Australia about a month ago and have been using Lyca since I arrived. My girlfriend, who was also travelling with me, has also been using the service. We are both amazed at how bad the service is, how slow the internet is, and the fact that it has somehow disabled hotspot on my phone (which is illegal in Australia). Lyca told us when we signed up for the service that it would work across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, but we found out this to be untrue upon arrival in those countries.

I spoke with Vanessa, a customer service representative, about the Internet service and was informed that I would receive 60 megabits per second and that the cost would be $60 per month. I was surprised to learn that this plan offered less speed than I had anticipated, so I asked to cancel my service with CenturyLink. My request was denied and I was informed that I would need to pay an early termination fee of $200 before leaving their network. After speaking with my supervisor about this issue, we reached an agreement for me to receive 192 megabits per second for a reduced rate of $60 per month due to my disability status as a veteran. Unfortunately my speed dropped to 30 megabits per second, so I called again and canceled my services .

I am pleased to have found this website

I am pleased to have found this website. I do not fax a great deal, but it is convenient to have a fax service at the touch of my phone's keypad. I do not have a landline or a fax machine; I used to take my documents somewhere to be faxed, an inconvenience when time is crucial. This service works great, though it sometimes takes several attempts before the fax receives and sends without error.

White collar robbery!

The review is accurate. I have had a bad experience with AT&T. It is one of the worst companies to have a contract with. It is also not worth it to listen to the representatives at Sam's Club who try to persuade you into signing up for a good phone plan. These people are wolves in sheep's clothing, as they will rip you off and make you pay a lot more than you originally intended. They make you think that they are helping you out when they do not care about anything but getting your money. Also, be careful because they might tell you that your account is free and that there aren't any monthly fees when there actually are fees attached to your plan. It took me over a month to receive my promised refund that never came through, so I had to contact my bank’s dispute department because this was white collar robbery and a big business trying to get richer without caring about their customers' well-being at all. What a shame!

A poor way they conduct a business

It takes days for PINZOO purchases to show up on the telephone when placed over the computer with a credit card. Sometimes there is some code that is also required to activate the account. That code is not shown unless one digs around for it as for why the phone is not working. Past minutes are not carried over to new refills either, which makes it difficult for customers who forget how much time they have left on their current PINZOO refill until their balance runs low. This is a poor way to conduct business.

Terrible

Terrible, I requested a SIM card to set up mobile phone service. My new phone was locked and wouldn't work at all. I had to pay $50 for a new screen protector and replacement battery cover. The worst part is that they refuse to return my calls.
