Based on prior reviews I dodged
I did have issues with this company.
1.) There was a system glitch upon ordering.
2.) I could not see my order but it was fully processed from my account.
After an in depth conversation with customer service, and an apology for system issues, I finally received some type of purchase receipt/confirmation with a tracking # e-mailed.
All this should have been self-generated from within their systems.
Seems like it needs an upgrade /overhaul. Nonetheless I received my product, it works fine thus far.
3.) Like most customers have stated. I received no instructions, no box, no billing invoice, no receipt.
A very generic way of doing things, even if it's.....reboxed(demo)/returned or refurbished. It should have come with directions/instructions.
How much effort would it take to download a copy with the shipping package, as well as a receipt of transaction.
If you're not going to provide this.
May I suggest presenting an option to download a PDF within the ordering process.
Pick up your game (VIP Outlet) very sloppy at best. I appreciate all the help with my issues. Seems to be, I was dealing with a customer service rep that actually gave a damn.
I very much want to buy another of the same product. Trust is what I don't have in your procedures and processes.
Had I read the reviews prior to my purchase. I wouldn't have taken the chance.
It's the customer, who keeps you in business...... never forget!
