Nothing can be done they say

When I placed my order, I was under the impression that I would receive what I had ordered instead of a packet of Frisky cat treats. It is not the first time that an item has been shipped to me erroneously. I contacted customer service in relation to this problem, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about it.
