Excellent fitness centre

The fitness center offers a great location for lunchtime workouts, with excellent classes taught by the trainer. Grant is knowledgeable and listens to my fitness goals as well as pushing me to achieve more than I thought I could. Members have been respectful of everyone's space, and the atmosphere is friendly and refreshing compared to gyms I've experienced in the past.
