I am frustrated!

Well, I bought 2 DURAGO BR700948 front rotors for my 2010 Equinox in July. finally put them on along with new pads in September. almost from day 1 the brakes would chatter and shake the steering wheel. brought the car to my regular mechanic and he told me that they were warped and out of round. Trying to get a return from these people is like trying to enter fort Knox washout permission....impossible!!!!! unless someone reads this and try's to make me happy I will never have anything good to say bout this company. I have the slips and when I tried to enter the order number it said it could not be found. There is no substitute for talking with a real person. I will post the feedback wherever I can! I have lost so much time!
