Avoid!

I recently sent several items to the Adorama Camera Company for evaluation as part of a used gear buy. I had tested all of my equipment before shipping it and packaged it carefully so that no damage would occur during transit. After waiting weeks for the evaluation, an employee named Jake Zakon hung up on me when I asked where the evaluation was in the process. After a few days they told me they were not interested in purchasing my items and would only offer $140 if I wanted to sell them back. When I asked for the return of my items, they returned them in damaged condition despite their claims that nothing was wrong with them before sending. In my opinion Adorama Camera Company is unprofessional and dishonest.
