Does this business run?

Is Basic Talk out of business? All of a sudden it won't connect to Grandstream modems on the first of this month. It's paid automatically for this month, but the modem won't connect to the internet. There is no phone number to contact, no repsonse to e-mails, and no one there? I've had Basic Talk for several years and never had any problems until now.
