My XXL size arrived smaller than expected. Double check the real sizes before byuing anything. The dresses, tops and swimwear are okay (I bought some of them).

THe service is quite regular, thus poor. The porducts are cheap and regular. Do not buy from them anymore

I had a positive experience of using rotita - good services provided, fast delivery, nice quality of the goods. Well, maybe I am lucky cause there are negative reviews, anyway I am okay with the service

So I called the carrier which it was presumably to come in and they dont have my package, they only have the label. I ordered 13 days ago and need it by the 20th mind you I ordered the 5th. This is terrible. Do not trust this service.

I placed a really big order (over $200). I paid through PayPal. They sent me emails asking for photos of my water or power bill to verify my address for shipment! I paid through PayPal! They had my address! I never received the merchandise. I put in a ticket and they said they were not "entitled" to process my refund. So then I go to PayPal and disputed the charge. Paying through PayPal is the only thing that saved my money. Please don't order from them!
