The first one I bought was not fully cured

The first one I bought was not fully cured. The glue was too thick and had gotten everywhere. The drill bits were all over the place, and the canvas had frayed edges. I am very disappointed with this company; I used to really like it.

Unable to get a refund

I joined this early hours of the morning to find it was impossible to provide my son's email address. I was unable to make contact with the site and was unable to get a refund. It is grossly unfair that an online service does not provide information on how to contact a physical location, or provide a means for customers to receive assistance when there is a problem with their purchase.

I love my fracture glass print!

I love my fracture glass print! I initially ordered one with a slight flaw that caused part of the image to be cut off on all four sides, so I contacted the company and they were very apologetic and sent me another one free of charge. The second order had no flaws whatsoever and looks amazing!

BannerBuzz Printing

No receipt or confirmation

Banner Buzz charged my account but there is no receipt or confirmation that the order was processed. Banner Buzz are refusing to take responsibility even after sending them my bank statement with their name on it. Now I am left out of pocket having to re purchase the same thing, which probably won't arrive on time for the wedding party. Avoid!

I absolutely love this print!

I absolutely love this print. I hung it above my sofa. However, I had an issue with the frame. It cracked while hanging on the wall and fell off. I simply glued and reapplied pressure clamps to the frame, and it is as good as new. At night when there is low light in the room, the scene looks so realistic that it almost smells like the beach and sounds like ocean waves crashing onto shore.

They don't accept returns!

They don't accept returns! I ordered a book from them from France, so I thought I was buying from Lulu.com. When my book came, it had crazy taxes on it, so I refused and asked for a refund. They insist that I need to return the book to a store, but there aren't any stores in France!

Scammers!!! Be very careful, they will charge you extra. As a result, I received a bill for $250+, when initially it was only $25. I immediately contacted them and they told me that they had already sent it and could not cancel. A complete fraud.

Highly recommend

I am creating my own brand and wanted a logo for it. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, just rough ideas. I didn 't regret choosing Design hill.
Design hill employs very talented and creative designers. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of designs presented, but it allowed me to determine exactly what I wanted for my logo.
