Unable to get a refund

I joined this early hours of the morning to find it was impossible to provide my son's email address. I was unable to make contact with the site and was unable to get a refund. It is grossly unfair that an online service does not provide information on how to contact a physical location, or provide a means for customers to receive assistance when there is a problem with their purchase.

The calendar didn't load properly so I had to go and install every day, but hardly worth it as a simple video. Waste of money

I am disappointed

I have been a customer at Jacquie Lawson for many, many years. Each year I give away their advent calendars... and more so in the pandemic. However this year out of 29 calendars I paid for, 17 were not installable, did not work. I cannot contact them because they don’t have a customer support service.

I have LOVED the Advent calendars for the last few years, but last year mine was not comparable with my Chromebook. I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope that this year's will be!!!
