They don't match the delivery date

They do not match the delivery date, you pay for the goods and give you a tracking number, but it remains in the pre-shipment, does not leave the warehouse. Customer support is zero. And by the way, this is an official store, not fake ones, of which there are several. They cancel orders if the sales volume exceeds the expected. The money will not be returned to you either.

Shame on this store...

Shame on this store, I made an order more than 1 month ago, which for reasons I had to return, and I'm still waiting for the money to be deposited into the account. It costs a lot to serve you by phone, wait 5 days in 5 days, I've been waiting for almost a month. A real shame as a customer service, I feel completely cheated.
