This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from. They deliver the wrong or incomplete product and become unreachable when you attempt to resolve a fix.

The site is difficult to navigate. Customer support does not care about its customers. I don't recommend this brand to anyone. They need to significantly improve customer service and make sure that their customers have received their parcels, etc.

Horrible customer service

I paid for expedited delivery. Even after 2 weeks, when I was told that I would receive my order, they still hadn't processed it. Then they refused to return part of the order, saying that it was a mistake, that he was late. Customer service is terrible.
