Highly recommend to buy from patpat

I placed an order ( my 8 months old baby’s clothes) in February which I haven’t received yet, so I called the customer service of patpat and It won’t be wrong if I say that they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl who I talked to ( don’t remember her name) was sooo polite and helpful. Honestly, when I called them I was in a harsh tone and she made be smile at the end of the call. Not everyone has this skill. Not only she offered me refund but also told me that i will still be receiving my items even after refunding money. Let me add here that it’s not about getting money back but about their dealing with their customers. That’s why will highly recommend to buy from patpat

Be careful with the sizes at venus

I bought a few tops recently at venus.com. It arrived well, the material was okay but the size of the tops appeared to be S but I order european M. Actually, you have to doublecheck the sizes before buying anything from them
