I would have given 5 stars however

I wasn’t informed after my purchase until a couple days that the contacts I ordered were out of stock. That is why it took longer for me to receive them. I would have given five stars but I can't because of that. Nevertheless, the overall experience and the price were good!

This company can't be trusted!
They are not responsible for that their sellers don't hold their word and just cancel orders and suggest items which are much expensive! They can't do anything when such situations arise but to send the automatic email that they are very sorry. But sorry for what exactly? You have to help or hold to your customers, show your commitments. BEWARE, buyers!

I bought BTS tickets in February 2020 and the game was postponed due to Covid. I wanted to visit the game with my niece who lives in other state now, so it is not possible now. I asked for a refund but they refused! I am a hostage of $1k now((
