Horrible shipping options

Absolutely horrible shipping options. Who the heck uses ups to ship to USPS? It literally took over a week for shipping on a package that should have taken 3 days at most. Contacted CS after the USPS claimed that I had "picked up" my package at the post office. I had not. They then claimed someone must have stolen my "peach slip." It was the first delivery attempt on a LOCKED MAILBOX! CS had no problem replacing my order but refused to change the shipping option AND SENT IT THE EXACT SAME METHOD AS BEFORE!!!!! So now I get to wait another two weeks and hope that my order shows up again.

KBB Instant Cash offers are deceitful

A total waste of time. This is just a way for dealers to get you to come into their place so they can offer you half or less of the original cash offer. I entered all the requested information pertaining to condition of vehicle, motor, interior etc.
Using this information KBB made me an offer of $14,000 plus. The dealers instantly began to contact me.
I drove about an hour to the dealership only to be told that the most they can offer is $3,000.
Don’t waste your time as it’s a complete scam.

Expedia Travel Agencies

This is the worst company and support that lies

Stay away from Expedia. They will not let you use your airline credit or refund you. Stay away, but if you make the mistake of using Expedia like I did, call your credit card company immediately to open a chargeback because contacting Expedia will be a waste of time.
They didn't list on their website that he particular rental car agency at the Airport wouldn't rent to locals. When we arrived, the rental car agency let us know and authorized a refund. We went to a different rental car agency and rented, expecting our refund.
We have now talked with customer service three times, and every time they promise to fix the refund. IT Has been a month. They lie.
