Save your money !!!

The clothes look so cute on their website! I thought for a long time because the prices are not cheap and finally ordered. And really regret it! Clothes are sewn very cheaply. With such quality it was possible to order on the Chinese website and cheaper.

I am disappointed

I have been a customer at Jacquie Lawson for many, many years. Each year I give away their advent calendars... and more so in the pandemic. However this year out of 29 calendars I paid for, 17 were not installable, did not work. I cannot contact them because they don’t have a customer support service.

It is impossible to return the item

Some things are cute and fit perfectly. Others are very small (for example, made in China). All clothes are cheap.
customer service is terrible and the return policy is basically that you cannot return an item.
