Terrible quality and long delivery

Basically they spend forever to ship items, the quality is terrible upon arrival and then the only refund you can get is store credit. Never shopping here again

I advise you to look for something else

If you want to cancel a pre‐order you pretty much have to ask for permission and the process is pretty complicated. The prices aren't that bad but there are other websites with better prices and shipping options. Purchasing things can be a mess because you have to wait one day or so to get a shipping quote and to do you have commit to purchase the items.

Don't trust this company

I bought clothes for our son at the beginning of the school year, and he just started wearing them and it would seem that clothes should be worn for at least a year, but this is not the case. Everything faded after several washes and holes appeared.
