Med Mart Medical Equipment

Poor leads

On August 23, 2021, I ordered a lift chair from Med Mart. According to the order form, it was supposed to arrive on November 4, 2021. I called on November 8th to check on my order, and I was told that my chair was still in the making and wouldn't be there until December 10, 2021. On December 13th I called again, and I was told that they would check on the status of my order. No one ever called back. On December 27th we received an e-mail stating that our chair had shipped out and should arrive by January 3 or 4, 2022. When it arrived on December 6th, it had taken 2 months longer than promised because Med Mart wasn't able to keep its promise of getting me a new lift chair.

Cute, quality baby clothes at affordable prices! The cutest and most affordable outfits for babies. Shipping sometimes can take a little long but their customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with sizing that I received for some maternity clothes; April was able to assist me promptly via email and resolved the issue without any hesitation.

Swagbucks Survey Platforms

No idea how long it will take to get a response

I've had Swagbucks for some time, and I have a small balance left. Once my balance hit ten dollars, I opened an account with Chime.com using a Swagbucks.com link, which is supposed to give me 12500 SB. I did receive the SB, although it took longer than expected. Now that I want to redeem my SB for rewards, I'm locked out of my account. I have requested customer support through their website and have no idea how long it will take to get a response. This leaves me feeling frustrated because they don't seem to want their customers to be satisfied.
