I ordered 8 blouses. Four were as expected, but 4 did not fit at all or were not as they were described. I tried several methods to contact the company on their website, with no success. They ignored my attempts to contact them and blocked me before I could complete any communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE AND YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER. I have opened a dispute with American Express.

I bought an item from Overstock.com, and it was shipped in an unassembled state. Two blocks away from my house, the item was delivered to another customer's address. When I called customer service, they put me on hold, never called back, and displayed a lack of concern for customers.

A very positive experience!
Overall, a very positive experience. The company had the lowest price for the flea treatment our cats needed. After we placed our order, the company promptly called us to discuss any questions we had about our order. When we placed a second item, which was backordered, they sent us the treatment right away, and then sent the second package in a separate shipment with no additional shipping charges. Customer service was efficient and helpful whenever we called with questions or concerns. We are new customers but will gladly continue to use this online pet pharmacy.

I cannot recommend this company
I tried out this service based on the recommendation of a family member. It was a mistake that I wish I could take back. This company will deposit money into your account quickly, after all, it is meant for people who need quick loans. The problem is that they also add interest to your account every day. No matter how much you pay or when you pay, the total amount just keeps growing because of the interest fees that they apply. They make paying off your loan way too hard because of their shady business practices and shady employees. I cannot recommend this company to anyone else.

I placed two orders on April 2nd and April 3rd, which were shipped out on April 4th. On April 12th I emailed the company inquiring about when my items would be received. It took 2 days to receive a response. The customer service representative apologized and told me the items would be shipped out. I received one of my orders on April 18th but not the other. I contacted the company again, this time it took 3 days for a response from the customer service representative, who again apologized and said he would send out the items immediately via UPS. He provided me with a tracking number and promised to contact me if there were any further delays. I received an update on May 1st stating that my order was successfully shipped via UPS, but it has not arrived yet and I have not heard from PostFly customer service in over a week.)
I haven't heard from Cam or received my items by May 2nd, and I've only been refunded for some of the order. I'm looking to receive the items I ordered or a refund, but the company's communication makes it seem like they won't be able to follow through. Their customer service survey requires only 1000 characters, so there isn't enough space to express my frustration with how long this is taking.
I have decided to discontinue my business with Postfly, as their customer service is not satisfactory. Their phone number is listed on the website, however I am unable to contact them via phone due to the fact that their phone number has been disconnected. I find myself disappointed in this company, as I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing fishing gear from them over the years. However, I will no longer be spending my money here, as they have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy.
