I had a very bad experience with this company

I had a very bad experience with this company. I thought they would have better customer service, but it turned out not to be the case. They literally scammed me, and I think it's very unfair. I asked for a return during COVID and was told by customer service that their delivery service wasn't accepting returns at that time, so I had to wait until later. I kept in touch and they told me to keep on waiting. I waited and waited, but then they told me they actually couldn't take the return as it had been too long!!! This was utter madness-I was informed by several customer service representatives that they would be able to offer me a refund. So evil when I think about how they dealt with this situation!

Didn't survive washing

I have purchased joggers from Gymshark and worn them twice, but after washing them I noticed that the fabric had become pilled and felt rough. I am not happy with the quality of this product and do not feel as though I should pay full price for what is clearly a second-hand pair of trousers.
