I had my flight canceled mid-flight due to weather conditions, which prevented them from landing, and I had to come back. I contacted them and asked for a refund or at least a credit for both my flights and the hotel, but they refused to do so. I've been arguing with them for more than 3 hours and I'm going to keep fighting for this money! Hoping this company shuts down for scamming people.

The website and app keep crashing

The website and app keep crashing, logging me out, not processing my order, items say they are in stock when they are not, and I couldn't add things to my cart. Customer service seemed helpful but the items that I wanted were not in stock despite them being available on both the app and website.

I will never order anything online again from them

I gave two stars because they have a great selection, but I will never order anything online again from them. I ordered $60 worth of cake decorating supplies. The next day, I noticed that they charged me for the $60 plus held back another $100 saying it's protocol to hold additional money while pending. This was not explained anywhere on their app as I put in my order, so when my card declined ordering pizza for my teenage helpers today and I only had $24 left in my account, I immediately called Joanns. They said that it takes seven days to drop off. This is utter bull. Every other company I've ordered from has taken the amount agreed upon! What an inconvenience to shop online with JoAnn's.
