There was no package

I ordered a t-shirt and hat. I received an email a few days later that they were delivered by Lasership, a terrible delivery company, to one of the local mailboxes where my apartment complex is. There was no package. After Googling the phone number for Fanatics, I discovered it isn't posted anywhere on the Fanatics website, and the bot is useless. I called the number and spoke with a very nice lady who answered. I asked why they would use Lasership, which has terrible customer reviews on TrustPilot. She told me she was aware of their issues with Lasership and assured me they would take care of it. Then why would they risk their reputation by continuing to use them?

fiverr Freelance Platforms

Mixed experiences

Have used Fiverr twice with mixed experiences. The first designer completely ignored my brief and I wasted my money on the project. The last time was better, but I ended up paying way more than a fiver for it, and the designer asked for tips on top of that! It's a great business model, but make the pricing transparent and don't ask for tips on top.

They resolved the problem

I ordered a pair of special dunks for my Lady's birthday, but the tracking information indicated that they had been delivered when they actually had not. I contacted Flight Club customer service and escalated the issue; they resolved the problem, and in a few days the sneakers arrived as promised.

Excellent products

Excellent Products provided me with a lovely fit and the garments were just as pictured. I was surprised, however, when the delivery of several items I had ordered was delayed by a few days. After contacting the company, they told me that the delay was due to high holiday volume but that they would ship out my items as soon as possible. The next day, all items shipped arrived at my door. I would have preferred that Excellent Products let me know about the delay in advance so that I could have made other arrangements for clothing needs in the interim.
