The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent. I had a minor stitching issue with my joggers and the team responded immediately. Within 5 minutes of speaking to them, I had ordered an exchange pair. The whole process took no more than a couple hours, and the new pair of joggers arrived at my door within a few days. I will definitely be using Gymshark again!

Good but problems with original package

The company provided an estimated shipping time, which it was able to meet. Upon receiving my package, I was delighted with its presentation: it came in a discreet box with a pretty bow on top. I have not yet tried the product, but it seems as if it will be of good quality. My only caution would be that the box is very cute. If you are trying to buy this discreetly, be prepared for the bright packaging including the Wisp logo.

Very disappointing.

I am disappointed with my purchase. I used the handset once, and then the button got stuck. I emailed customer service and sent multiple videos as requested; however, I have given up trying to get a replacement or even a refund. Very disappointing.

I should have read the reviews

I should have read the reviews before placing my order with HomeSquare. After placing my order on July 1st, I received a confirmation email indicating that I would receive my order between July 18-21, which would be in time for when my guests were scheduled to arrive. However, it turned out that my order was delayed another month. When I tried calling HomeSquare's customer service number, I wasn't able to get through because the line was constantly busy or frequently went straight to voicemail. When I did manage to contact them via email, they told me that there would be a restocking fee if I canceled my order even before it left their warehouse, something which was not stated in the terms and conditions when I made the purchase. Considering that there were 62% negative reviews for this company on other websites, I'm now sure why this store has such bad ratings.
