Pony tail holders do not work

Pony tail holders do not work. The “size” difference between traditional and “no-slip” pony tail holders is only in width, not circumference. They squash but do not grip hair, creating a gap on one side of the head if used alone. When used together with a traditional pony tail holder, they create too much bulk around the hairline and at the base of the neck.

Pottery Barn Interior & Decoration

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the furniture I purchased from Pottery Barn. I ordered two chairs and an ottoman in February 2021, which were to be delivered in August of that year. The seams on one of the chairs tore apart before we even took delivery, however, and this necessitated replacement chairs to be ordered. They were finally scheduled to be delivered in June 2022, but when they arrived at my home today only one chair had been shipped. I requested they ship all three pieces together, which they confirmed they would do over a month ago; however, when the truck driver called he said they were only able to deliver one chair. The remaining piece was missing and has evidently been lost by Pottery Barn despite their assurances that it would not be! I am currently on hold with yet another customer service representative who has assured me he will look into this matter for me personally—however, it appears this is not the first time he has made this same promise.

I recently placed an order with this company

I recently placed an order with this company, and two items were missing from my order. The parcels were not damaged in transit, so I do not think that they were lost in transit. I contacted the company by email to see if they could locate the items for me. However, their customer service team told me that their system was correct and that I should check again because the items were definitely in my parcels. This is the same thing that happened when I ordered from them a couple of months ago. Their customer service is useless as they do not have a phone number to call them on. I will be sticking with high street stores in future when purchasing products like these.:
