Awful

This was our first and last order from them! I ordered an AppleWatch here, and got a scratched watch with someone else's Apple ID.
I wrote them about 4 emails, a week has passed, and this problem is still not solved. Slow and inefficient customer service responses, and there doesn't seem to be anyone there to fix it and give me a refund.
