Femme Luxe Clothing & Accessories

I placed an order, did not receive confirmation by e-mail and the parcel was never delivered. I tried to send them a message, but I didn't get a response. They debited money from my card. Terrible customer service. If I don't get my money back, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint and contact my bank.
