I placed an order, did not receive confirmation by e-mail and the parcel was never delivered. I tried to send them a message, but I didn't get a response. They debited money from my card. Terrible customer service. If I don't get my money back, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint and contact my bank.

I sent two dresses back on the 5th…

I sent two dresses back on the 5th November, which were bought and delivered late October, worth around £60. I waited patiently for my refund, I have emailed a number of times and requested help through the website but I’m still without a reply please get back to me or will have to take this situation further.
