So far the customer service has been great. Every person I have spoken to has been wonderful. However, the service is horrible and costly. If you have a home security system, children who homeschool or just use it and work from home, this is definitely not going to last even after purchasing the largest packet. It’s used within 7 days and there after runs EXTREMELY slow or not at all. They’ll sell you on the largest packet, you’ll make modifications to what devices are being used and also make sure your in standard setting to minimize over use and still run out and then they’ll suggest to buy a token. It’s ridiculous. Also not to mention they give you a rate and hide that it’s a “promotion” and expires and you’re suddenly surprised with a new high amount on your bill. This has been he worst internet provider and unfortunately My family and I are limited to other services because of our location. Oddly enough my kids will be up in the middle of the night 2am or up at 4am to try to complete any assignments online because that’s the “free zone” but that runs out as well.
