I was having issues with reception to devices on the lower floor of my home. Hughes suggested a second Wi-Fi booster. It arrived promptly in 3 days and instructions included were simple. Installed in minutes. Much improved performance downstairs. Now able to watch videos on all devices. Thank you for the help.
