They have good prices

I have been using them for a year now, and there have never been any bad ingredients. However, the problem I ran into several times is late delivery. The first time was because of the holiday, and the second time was delivered after 10 pm.

As always Laithwaites Service and Customer Care are just top of the tree - having had a recent order getting lost between the dispatch and carrier,which was a first in over 20 years of being a customer, one e-mail to ask of it's whereabouts, an almost instant reply, and Priority Delivery was at a door the next day.
Just superb, and top class wines with it...

Beware!

I bought a commercial sink and faucet to put in my garage. I received everything but when I went to install it, they failed to sell me the installation kit. I had to order one and when it arrived, I realized the part would need some soldering to work. I can do most plumbing work, but I don’t know how to weld or solder. Then I was told the Webstaurant requires a licensed plumber install the sink and faucet in order for the warranty to be valid. This wasn’t disclosed upfront. I hired a plumber to install everything. This wasn’t cheap!

Upon using the faucet and sprayer, i was disappointed with the spray nozzle and the ability to mix hot and cold water. The water pressure shoots the water out of the few holes in the nozzle and splashes everywhere and everything. Additionally, it’s very difficult to get the water temperature right since you have to hold the sprayer in on position as you adjust the hot and cold. Then it doesn’t remain at that same temperature as you squeeze the sprayer on and off. I told the company about my concerns, and they said sometimes the holes come clogged Or defective. They asked me to send a video which I did showing that only a few of the holes in the nozzle we’re actually allowing water to spray. After reviewing my video, they claimed the nozzle was working correctly (it’s not) and that even if they felt it wasn’t working correctly the warranty won’t cover it because it wasn’t used for commercial use.

Anyway, I would never order from them again because I don’t feel that they’re very upfront about their products, and I believe their sales people actually don’t know a lot about their products. You need to read all the fine print on the website. I would steer clear of buying anything From this company.

No forks, the way too long to wait

We did not even had a chance to finish our evening with salads as there were no forks given. Moreover, we had to wait about 40 min the first meal to be brought. Ugh

A ripoff

I experienced issues with restaurants going out of business, new ownership refusing to accept the coupons which seemed to work. I bought over $100 and probably didn't save that much by the time I finally gave up dealing with all of the associated hassle. Seems only local restaurants and franchised chain locations take them, and for good reason. Even the places that accepted them did so reluctantly.

The company owners should pay their attention to the delivery methods they use as the candies are delivered melted, broken or rotten. You may find dozens of the same reviews over the internet about berries.com!
Do not order from them until they do something with the delivery.

Ridiculously unreliable and overpri

Ridiculously unreliable and overpriced. I ordered two times during the last 24 hours and both times they failed the intime delivery, customer support was not reliable and responsive, the food was average and cold. Never order again from you!!!
