They can't do anything when such situations arise but to send the automatic email that they are very sorry. But sorry for what exactly? Don't buy from it

First of all it seems like they do not have any delivery schedule. My clother were deliverd almost in 3 months!!! Can you beileve?! There is no such thing as tracking here at all! Secodnly the clothes I received where far from the y pictures they sell! Colors were so unnatural as it seems like they were burnt by theh sun! Nvere buy from them ever!!

Awful, awful awful customer service. Trying to just send a stupid NBA jersey and hat to my son at college. Due to COVID he can't leave for his birthday. Apparently the college address is blocked and no one has any clue how to fix that. You just can't ship there. Despite the fact that I ship from Amazon, USPS, FedEx, UPS ALL THE TIME. So poor child cannot get what he wants for his birthday because this ridiculous company (which apparently includes NBA Store, Lids, Fanatics - all of the places that carry what he wants) is unable to deliver a package. And not one person on the customer service line was helpful in the slightest.

EDIT: I called (for the 4th time) the Fan Support and spoke to Deloria. Finally, someone who could help. She solved the problem after everyone else refused to help. She is the best!

Fantastic performance insoles

I am a very fit and active 53-year old male who suffers from flat feet, which have adversely affected me in the gym and in everyday walking. Several months ago, I came upon VKTRY’s carbon fiber insoles online and read how great they were in improving one’s performance and preventing injury. I also found out that VKTRY sponsored a VKTRY4Heroes program for military and first responders. As a retired Marine Corps officer and aviator, I qualified for this program. My wife wrote a very nice recommendation on my behalf, and several days later I received a pair of Silver VKTRY insoles in the mail, just in time for Christmas.

As soon as I received the insoles, I put them in my gym shoes and have used them on a daily basis in the gym doing everything from lifting weights to HIIT training, and I could tell right away that the insoles provided solid support for my feet without feeling any pain whatsoever. I even noticed more spring in my step, especially when jumping. My performance in the gym definitely improved because of the support and stability I’ve felt from wearing these insoles. They have held up extremely well and look almost as new as when I first received them.

To be very fair and honest, these are the BEST insoles I have ever owned, and I would recommend them to anyone. You may have to pay a little more for them or take advantage of the VKTRY4Heroes program, but I guarantee that you will be happy that you did. Thank you, Team VKTRY! Two years ago, in February 2019 I attempted to make a $600 purchase on DGHate. At the time I paid with a bank transfer (Portuguese payment method "Multibanco"). The transaction was canceled by DHGate. I repeatedly contacted DHGate to have my money returned. I finally gave up after a few months and back and forth emails and messages. The money however remained in my DHGate wallet. After two years, I decided to return to my DHgate account to spend the $600 plus in my "DHGate account". To my surprise, the money is no longer in my DHGate account. This company is a scam. Does it rip everyone off? Probably not, but the odds of losing your money are better than 1 in 2. Just check the positive reviews, less than 2% over the last 12 months!
