DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Package shows out for delivery 2 months ago but was never delivered. Zaful has no customer service number, so you are forced to submit support tickets via email. I have submitted so many I have lost count in search of a resolution that is always responded with a vague “we will look into this and get back to you” which never happens. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. It’s very simple. Just refund the money or resend the items. I never received the merchandise I paid for. My order was placed on November 20th for a Christmas present, and it’s now late January. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this. Pretty sure I am going to just have to swallow the fact that they took my money and we will never see a refund or a resend of items.

Stay away from this company!!

Clothes are very poor quality. Not as described or pictured in the ads. Customer service reps are deceptive. I was told my return shipping would be refunded before I returned item and after returning item but got 4 months of email refusing to comply. Finally the company acts like my email server is not accepting their emails and won’t respond. I sent pictures of bad merchandise which wasn’t even sent out to be shipped for a month, pictures of return labels and fees, got a promise of the refund, now nothing. I asked for contact information of CEO and then got the emails that my server wouldn’t accept emails. This is a scam. Don’t do business with this company.

BUYER BEWARE FOR ROTITA!

I placed a really big order (over $200). I paid through PayPal. They sent me emails asking for photos of my water or power bill to verify my address for shipment! I paid through PayPal! They had my address! I never received the merchandise. I put in a ticket and they said they were not "entitled" to process my refund. So then I go to PayPal and disputed the charge. Paying through PayPal is the only thing that saved my money. Please don't order from them!
