Horrific experience

I was not 100% satisfied with a purchase.
Purchased a very expensive bag that referenced via actual photos a very different bag from the same brand...
I was told by Poshmark that, "I should have asked the seller more questions".
Poshmark refused to refund.
Very disappointed.

I've tried to choose something original but there is nothing get through. Some of the offers are sometimes fake or people just don't care if you choose anything to buy. It is much easier to buy things in local store than buy from this site.
