Very poor customer service

I bought shoes for my son, as a birthday present. Unfortunately, when we received them, they were half a size smaller for him. when I wrote to customer support I was told that they could not be exchanged or refunded. They have a 3-day refund policy and there was nothing they could do for me.
Very poor customer service.

Save your money...

Save your money! Terrible. At first, it took more than a month to receive my order. I have contacted customer support several times, but each time I only received an automatic message. When I finally received my order, I was amazed. The sizes were different from the ones I wear. The quality is very low. I spent my money on tops and shorts that I won't wear. I won't even try to get them back because they don't have a support service. The wrong place to buy clothes.

Low quality clothing

Low quality goods plus I paid a customs fee of $100 for the shipped goods worth $250.
They always advertise beautiful designer clothes with a selling price, but do not trust. You will end up paying a high customs fee and receive goods of terrible quality. They have the worst customer service ever. I will never buy from there again. This site is completely fraudulent.
