Disrespectful and arrogant doctors

I received a text message from my doctor insinuating something, and he was disrespectful and short with me when I called about my thyroid condition. He specifically wanted me to get blood work again because I just had my blood tested 3 days ago. He also told me that I should see another doctor because he isn't going to help me with my situation or make it difficult for me.

Nothing yet? Please issue a refund or send the products. This is unacceptable and I will seek legal action if this continues. It has been three weeks since I placed my order and have gotten no response from any of your representatives about what has happened with it. The first person I spoke to told me he couldn't locate my package and later told me it was lost. This should have been documented in some way, but there is nothing in our records about it. Your representatives are all telling me different things, even contradicting themselves, to get me off the phone as quickly as possible: “I will escalate this for you” “Someone will be in touch within 24 hours” “Case created; it takes 2-5 days to close.”
