My book was damaged in transit. I contacted the company, and they responded promptly by sending me an email that they would look into it. I never received any further communication from them. I did this about 10 times, and still no response from them.

Still dealing with it

I am still waiting to receive a refund for this. I cancelled my order and contacted the trucking company to stop shipment. However, they did not like this and started an endless email battle with me. They would not answer my calls or emails, so I had to change my phone number so that they could respond.

I was disappointed

I was disappointed to find that my box included only bras, despite having selected underwear in my preferences. Moreover, I did not receive a bra and panty set despite having paid for that option.

Stay away from ADP!

Although we had been using ADP for several years, we were dissatisfied with their service and high prices. We decided to switch our 401K plan to ADP despite the advice of several business people who warned us that we would be disappointed. Our implementation experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication was nonexistent, follow-up nonexistent, and mistakes were constant. Today I received my first 401K invoice and the fees are 142% higher than what was promised upfront. My goal is to find a new payroll provider as soon as possible so that we can avoid such future problems.
