I strongly advise you not to invest in Diversyfund. The REIT paperwork you signed stated that you could withdraw your funds one year after investing, and that you would receive a six percent return on your investment. I received a nine dollar return on my one hundred dollar investment, which took over a year to receive. Diversyfund has not communicated well with me, and gave me several reasons why they cannot release my money. This organization will soon appear on 60 Minutes as a Ponzi scheme.

I cancelled the withdrawal of funds

The person who processed my loan application wrote an incorrect routing number, then told me he had added an extra digit. It took three phone calls before I found someone who checked the number and discovered my check was never received by the bank. I cancelled the withdrawal of funds.

Zero stars

I would not give this card a rating of 0 if I could. They cancelled my card with no notification, but they claim that they did send text messages and emails to notify me. The first time I called them regarding the ThankYou Points from my account that was closed, it was within 60 days after the account was closed, but the representative said there was no way for me to transfer those points. Today I called again because I wanted to apply for another new credit card and asked if those points could be a way for me to get back what was lost, and guess what? The lady told me that my points could be transferred within 60 days after my account was closed, but now they cannot do that anymore because it has been too long since then! Who is responsible for my loss? Not them they said! Who would ever want to own a Citibank credit card? Not me!!! Chase and American Express are way better than Citibank Credit Cards.

The company has exchanged numerous messages with a customer for seven days about a fraudulent transaction. The customer was told to discuss the transaction via email, and when he did, he received an email telling him to discuss it on the company's app. The company also has an unlisted phone number that never picks up when called, though a recording is available.

Terrible service!

Barclays Bank is terrible. They keep my information on a closed account for over twelve years, even after I have closed this account, and refuse to delete it. When I raise a complaint, they side with each other and do not reply to their customers. There are many negative reviews about Barclays Bank on Trustpilot which proves my point about its greediness and how it treats its customers by feeding itself profits at the expense of others.

Although we had been using ADP for several years, we were dissatisfied with their service and high prices. We decided to switch our 401K plan to ADP despite the advice of several business people who warned us that we would be disappointed. Our implementation experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication was nonexistent, follow-up nonexistent, and mistakes were constant. Today I received my first 401K invoice and the fees are 142% higher than what was promised upfront. My goal is to find a new payroll provider as soon as possible so that we can avoid such future problems.

I found the levels challenging

I found the levels challenging, but I was determined to reach the end of the campaign. I completed four levels and was looking forward to collecting my £250 voucher from SHEIN. However, when I tried to use my voucher at checkout, they wouldn't accept my ID in the verification step even though it is an up-to date legal document. I am using my passport for identity proof and a clear selfie but regardless of the multiple times I've tried it does not work. Everytime I reach out for help, even though I am following everything they have asked me to do, they just reply by telling me to try again - not helpful at all! Not fair after I’ve spent money and time to complete these deals and not getting what was promised in return. It's a shame as their customer service during the process of completing deals was really good, infact amazing!

Deposit's been "borrowed" for a few days

I have maintained a PayPal account for years. Recently, I transferred $500 from my bank account to my PayPal account. After five days, PayPal has not yet deposited the funds to my account. My bank verified that the amount was transferred via ACH to PayPal. PayPal claims the funds may not be available for another week! This is unacceptable and I demand an immediate correction of this situation by having my funds transferred back into my bank account or by having them deposited into my PayPal account immediately.

Make it more convenient to make one payment/month

Instead of deducting money every two weeks, it may be more convenient for some people to make one payment per month. There is also the possibility that there are people who cannot make payments every two weeks and would have difficulty doing so.
